David Koopmans - Director
Grad. Dip. Marketing – Swinburne University of Technology

David is the founding partner of Mokum Marketing. Before starting his own business, David held senior marketing roles with Phoneware, recipient of multiple BRW Fastest Growing Company awards, as well as 90East (now Cybertrust) a specialist network security firm. Before that, David managed campaigns for Medibank Private, Nissan and General Motors as a Senior Account Manager for a Direct Marketing firm.

A Graduate Diploma in Marketing gives David the academic background to underpin his work, however it is his experience working in corporate as well as small and medium enterprise environments that make his insights, ideas and advise practical and truly valuable.

With the marketing environment undergoing fundamental changes driven by new technology, David’s background in, and passion for information technology puts him in a position to add considerable insights.


Caroline Jewell - Director


Caroline has developed her expertise in promotions, communications and project managment through her broad industry experience covering Television, Not for Profit and IT&T.

Since joning Mokum Marketing in 2001, Caroline has facilitated planning sessions and focus groups for government and corporate clients managed branding, and web development for a variety of Mokum’s SME customers. Her many years with Not For Profit organisations has given Caroline a keen understanding of community relations issues, as well as the ability to deliver high quality results with tight budgets.

Caroline has key skills and expertise in the planning and organising of marketing materials, corporate seminars, functions, workshops, client forums, client entertainment and focus groups. In addition, Caroline is an experienced public speaker and facilitator of workshops and planning sessions. Her project management skills are critical to the effective delivery of Mokum’s services offering
